If it's not the SD card then it probabilistic like the Web Kit exploit so again, just keep trying it. If the SD card does matter, a simple format from the Switch will work, at least from my experience. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the SD card or if it's just random like the Web Kit exploit. After formatting again, powering the Switch down, loading the nro file from my PC, safely ejecting and booting the Switch with SD card in it, it did work for me. The first attempt after formatting from the switch failed, however I didn't cleanly remove it from the switch. I did end up formatting mine, once in Windows without luck and again from the Switch.

Since I don't have access to the code I searched and found an article on GBATemp mentioning this error: Ī few users had success after formatting their SD cards. I got this error many times trying to get trigger the initial install. In other words, 95% of the exploit worked, then something failed in the installer.nro (which we don't have source code for). From what I gathered from the debug messages in nx-hbexploit300, this error comes up when the WebKit exploit succeeds, NRO Easing is enabled, the Dev Kit flag is spoofed and code jumps into installer.nro.
